Arrived with two big cracks, not eligible for return.

Arrived with two cracks on both sides close to the location of the "motor" part. Each crack is almost 2" long. This item is not eligible for return.Updated March 11th, 2012:I called Amazon after writing the first review and they offered to ship a free replacement which arrived fast and without any damage. The vibe works great, it is very powerful - and it is using one AA battery!It looks good, has a sparkling surface, and is very light.Thank you Amazon!

I was a first-time buyer/user and was totally lost as far as what to look for, so I just took a chance on this. It's seriously the best; I couldn't have chosen better for my first. Only takes one battery and is easy to figure out. Has adjustable speeds and a plenty high enough powered vibration to satisfy me. It's small enough to fit in a handbag or slide into a drawer without being too difficult to keep hold of.It is a bit noisy but not bad at all. Fairly discreet in my experience. I live in a complex with less than thick walls but I don't feel that it's loud enough to compromise my privacy. Turn on some music if you need to and you're good to go.
