The head is not a lot bigger than the shaft, so it slides in easy. The gel material is the perfect combo of softness and firmness, feels like the real deal!The only complaint I have for this toy is that the vibrations cant get through the gel very well, so its not great purely for clitoral stimulation. Great toy! The vibrations could be s bit stronger but works well. Wife was unsure at first because it is big. Worked it in slow and easy and after a bit she was very happy.
